2024 FLORIDA COLLEGE ALABAMA WINTER CAMP

PRE CAMP INSTRUCTIONS

Shocco Springs Waiver
MUST BE SIGNED BEFORE CAMP!

Camper NEED TO KNOW Info

DROP-OFF & PICKUP
Campers may be dropped off at camp no earlier than 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 29th. 

Campers must be picked up no later than 10 am on Wednesday, Jan 1st 

CAMP STORE 
Bring cash to camp to deposit into your camp store account. Also, a  PayPal link will be emailed to all registrants prior to camp.   

We recommend an amount of $30.
The camp store will have an assortment of beverages, candy, and snacks and special offerings in the evening.

CAMPER VEHICLES
Campers that are driving their vehicles to camp will be directed to park their cars during camp.  Campers will not have access to their car keys during camp and may not leave the campground without approval from the camp directors.

PAINTBALL 
An optional paint ball activity is available for an extra charge of $25.

 
This is a professional paintball facility on Shocco Springs campus hosted by a professional staff.

If you wish to participate, please plan on bringing extra funds to camp or use the PayPal link that will be emailed to all campers prior to camp.

MEDICATION
All medication must be bagged and labeled with the camper's name and specific instructions. These will be turned into the nurses when you arrive at camp. ALL MEDICINES, VITAMINS, and SUPPLEMENTS  must be in their original packaging. These will be returned to the camper when leaving camp. 

WAIVERS
Due to Shocco Springs requirements, we cannot allow campers to stay at camp without a waiver signed for each camper. The link is above on this page. Please send that to us before you come to camp. This will be checked and the camper will not be allowed to stay without this form on file. 

WHAT TO BRING

  • Bible

  • Jacket/rainjacket

  • Flashlight

  • Twin sheets, blanket, OR sleeping bag

  • Bath towel /toiletries

  • Games, cards (optional)

  • Closed-toe shoes for walking, sports, paintball

WHAT NOT TO BRING

  • Cell Phone or Smart Watches ( must be turned in at registration).

  • Weapons of any kind

  • Fireworks (not allowed at Shocco Springs)

  • Drugs, alcohol, or vaping appliances

DRESS CODE

  • Clothing should not have logos or messages that are indecent.

  • Clothing that has holes with skin showing above the knee is prohibited. 

  • Shorts must touch the kneecap.

  • “Pajama pants” are not appropriate except in one’s own cabin.

  • Shoes must be worn in all buildings except cabins.

  • No skirts, dresses or pants that do not touch the kneecap.

  • No jeggings, yoga pants, etc.
